OpenAI Unveils Framework for Reporting Model Misalignment
OpenAI introduced a framework for reporting model misalignment incidents, aiming to establish industry standards.
Amazon Quick is an AI assistant for work that turns questions into answers, answers into actions, and actions into outcomes. Quick helps sales reps spend more time selling and less time on administrative tasks, whether they’re working in the browser, the desktop app, or directly within Microsoft 365, Outlook, and other tools they already use every day. The result? Your sales team can cover more territory, close deals faster, and deepen customer loyalty at any scale.
Amazon Quick is available immediately through the AWS Marketplace, with pricing held flat against prior releases at $0.001 per second of processing time. The company says it will continue to offer a free tier for small businesses and startups.
Amazon Quick is built on Amazon Bedrock, the company’s generative AI platform. The model is fine-tuned for sales tasks, with a focus on natural language understanding and generation. Quick is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing CRM systems and other sales tools, using APIs and webhooks.
A report on the launch cites several sales leaders who said Quick has already improved their team’s productivity and customer engagement. One sales director at a large enterprise noted that Quick has helped his team close deals 20% faster on average.
